Sarahโs coaching journey began when she founded the gymnastics club at Teesdale Leisure Centre and discovered a passion for the sport. She went on to coach across the area at Darlington Borough Council schools, the Dolphin Centre and Longfield Gymnastics Club.
When her previous club closed during the pandemic, Sarah joined Darlington Gymnastics Club, where her daughter was already training.
Now a qualified Level 2 Womenโs Artistic Gymnastics Coach, Sarah loves supporting gymnasts at every stage, from preschool to squad level, whether mastering a new skill, improving coordination, or building strength.
Sarah is passionate about all the gymnastic apparatus and canโt choose a favourite! She loves seeing gymnasts in action, representing the club at competitions and having the opportunity to showcase their skills.
Her coaching approach and experience help create an environment where gymnasts thrive and enjoy their journey.
